Straddling the discourse between historical ecology and current enviro-political science, I work primarily in print making and textiles, using antique materials and ancient dye techniques to create bright and enticing pieces. In exhibition my pieces are always presented alongside current research proposing radical sociological and scientific approaches to the climate crisis.

My practice has taken a holistically sustainable approach using natural dyes and recycled linen and hemp fabrics to challenge issues of waste not only within the arts but on a broader scale. I have focused on developing my own unique illustrative appliquéd textiles, a visual language that acts as stepping stones across the pool of ecological critique, guiding the viewer to the ever-growing research-library of academic texts supporting the works.
